Rental Agreement
Please note: Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Availability is subject to confirmation upon receipt of a signed contract or online request.
This Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the rental arrangement. By signing, both parties agree to abide by the provisions stated herein.
Equipment Handling
Dishes must be scraped free of any food particles, while cups and glasses should be emptied of any liquid and returned to their respective boxes.
All tables and chairs must be closed, stacked upright, and ready for pick-up.
The responsibility for equipment lies with the lessor from the time of delivery or pick-up until the time of return.
Protection and Liability
All equipment and boxes must be protected from adverse weather conditions.
The customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during the rental period. Lost or damaged items will be charged to the credit card provided to secure the order.
Delivery Terms
Delivery charges are applicable based on geographical location.
There is no minimum order requirement for delivery, and deliveries are made to the front ground level only. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to basements or backyards.
Payment and Account Balances
Unless otherwise specified and accepted by the supplier in writing, all account balances must be settled in full 15 days prior to the scheduled delivery of the event.
The supplier reserves the right to withhold delivery, installation, or service until the balance is paid in full. Delays caused by non-payment are not the responsibility of the supplier
Accuracy of Information
The customer confirms that all information provided to the supplier is accurate. Misrepresentation may result in the cancellation of the agreement, with the supplier reclaiming rented items without prior notice. Expenses incurred by the supplier will be charged to the customer.
Rental Period and Charges
All items are leased and billed in blocks of 2 days (48 hours). Any additional hours or days beyond the initial 48 hours will be billed for an additional 48 hours.
Risk and Responsibility
The customer acknowledges that all equipment is used at their own risk. Conditions affecting satisfactory use do not exempt the customer from rental charges.
Extension of Rental Period
Rental fees cover the period from delivery to pickup. Any request for extending the pickup date is subject to the supplier’s discretion and may incur additional charges.
Delivery and Pickup Schedule
Deliveries and pickups are scheduled during regular business hours. Requests outside these hours may be subject to additional charges or director approval.
Event Preparation
Prior to delivery, the customer must provide a floor plan indicating the location of rented equipment at the event venue. The customer is responsible for providing necessary electricity and accessories. The supplier is not liable for electrical malfunctions.
Holdover and Damages
If the supplier’s agents are prevented from picking up leased items on the scheduled date, the customer will be responsible for a holdover fee and reimbursing the supplier for any damages incurred.
Both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Rental Agreement.
